HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
By following these easy steps:
1) Browse through our product pages using the main menu or search field
2) Find the awesome style(s) you want to buy
3) Select the size, colour, and quantity
4) Click “Add To Bag”
5) Continue through to the Checkout
6) Choose your payment option
7) Add your details and the address we should send your shoes to
8) Check everything is right, then finalize your order
Your new shoes are heading your way now!
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
Once everything has gone through, we’ll send you a confirmation email. This includes details for your orders, so you and Wildfire will have a record of what was sent out and when. Delivery time will vary depending on where you live, but you can always check our shipping info if you have questions.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I CLICK “SUBMIT”?
Sorry, but once you submit your order there are no changes. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can send the shoes back to us at your own cost. Or you can head into your closest Spendless Shoes store, receipt in hand, and have your shoes exchanged or refunded. To find the Spendless Shoes store closest to you, use the Spendless store locator.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your confirmation email will include a special tracking code when your order has been shipped. Wildfire sends out shoes using Australia Post, so head to their website here and track the package with your code. If you do not receive a tracking code, or are having trouble, you can contact our online team on 1800357427 and have your code re-sent to you.
IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?
Unlike some other websites (cough, cough) Wildfire respects the privacy of all its customers. We never store credit card details on any of our local servers, and any information shared at the Checkout is securely encrypted through our payment gateway. Want to check? Look for the little padlock icon at the top of the address bar. It’s right beside the “https:/” prefix, and quick proof that you are browsing a secure webpage.
ARE OUR SHOES VEGAN FRIENDLY?
That’s right! Our shoes have been carefully constructed in an ethical manner, meaning no animals were exploited or harmed during the creation of our products. Our synthetic shoes are made without the use of animal products or byproducts. Plus, they’re super affordable!

CAN I USE PAYPAL?
Yes, you have the option to pay for your purchase using PayPal!
CAN I USE AMERICAN EXPRESS?
Sorry, but we do not offer American Express as a payment option. Wildfire accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Afterpay and Zip.
