WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Our online team receives and packs orders on the same day! If you place your order before 2.30pm Monday-Friday, your package will be dispatched that day. This may not be the case during promotional periods, or public holidays.

CAN I GET MY ORDER IN A BOX? 
Of course you can! For an additional $2, we'll send your shoes out in their original boxes. If you want extra protection or somewhere to store your shoes later, then we definitely reccomend keeping the box! Simply select your preference at the Checkout.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY SHOES ARRIVE?
Wildfire send their packages using Australia Post. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the type of shipping you select at the checkout.

Standard Shipping: FREE for orders over $50 (2-8 business days)
Express shipping: $12.80 (1-3 business days)

DO YOU TAKE BULK ORDERS?
Absolutely! If you have an item(s) you wish to buy in bulk (10 pairs or more), contact our online store for assistance. Please have the name, colour and size breakdown prepared, so we can sort your order out promptly. You can email us at call our online team on 1800 357 427.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Yes, we do ship to PO Box addresses. Just remember to fill in your address completely and accurately so we can send them out to you as quickly and painlessly as possible.

CAN I RETURN MY SHOES IN STORE?

Wildfire purchases can be refunded, or exchanged at a local Spendless Shoes store.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Wildfire Shoes is happy to provide a full refund, exchange or gift card for change of mind purchases. We do not place time frame limitations on returns where a receipt is provided and the garment has not been worn.

OUR POLICY FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
All online purchases are entitled to an exchange or refund in accordance with Wildfire’s returns and exchange policy, either in store or by mail. If you cannot visit a Spendless Shoes retail outlet, shoes to be exchanged or refunded by mail must be returned at the customers’ cost via registered post.

Customers may exchange or refund Wildfire shoes in a Spendless Shoes store, provided there is a receipt for proof of purchase and the shoes have not been worn.

For all mailed exchanges and refunds, an exchange and refund form is available upon request via our contact form.

OUR POLICY FOR AFTERPAY PAYMENTS
Afterpay purchases can also be returned to Spendless Shoes for an exchange.

If you require a refund, please note the style(s) must be posted back to the online store at your own cost.

To exchange an item with Afterpay:

  1. Head into any Spendless Shoes store with your unworn purchase
  2. Bring along the tax invoice we emailed you as proof of purchase
  3. Once it has been determined that the returned style(s) are unworn and ready for resale, we will offer you an exchange in store for another style.

To return your item for a refund with Afterpay:

  1. Jump onto our website and submit an Afterpay Returns Request through the contact form.
  2. Ensure you include your order number and purchase details.
  3. We’ll contact you by email with everything you need to return your order for a refund.

OUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ZIPPAY PAYMENTS
You can return your ZipPay purchase into any of the 220+ Spendless Shoes stores for an exchange or refund.

If you are unable to due to location, you can mail your shoes back. The official exchange and refund form is available upon request via our contact form.

OUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES
In order to receive a refund or exchange on a Wildfire product, you must mail the shoes back to our support centre. For all mailed exchanges and refunds, an exchange and refund form is available upon request via our contact form.

In some circumstances, it may be necessary for the shoes to be returned to our support centre to be examined, and if the shoes are correctly identified as faulty the customer will be reimbursed any postage fees that may have applied to return the shoes. Please enclose a receipt for the postage cost, otherwise no refunds will be issued for postage.

WHAT COUNTS AS A FAULT?
A fault may include missing or loose buckles/straps, a broken heel, or some other manufacturing mistake. Please keep in mind that shoes with signs of wear and tear may not qualify as “faulty”.

EARRING RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Wildfire will happily refund faultly products, but we do not allow earrings to be exchanged or returned. To get a refund for faulty earrings, you can head into your local Spendless Shoes or mail your purchase back to the online store at your own cost. If you enclose a receipt, we will reimburse your postage fees once your earrings are confirmed to have a fault.
